Information from third parties. We may receive data from analytics providers, advertising partners, social media platforms, and business partners who refer you.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate, including website hosting (Webflow, AWS), email services (Google Workspace), payment processing (PayPal), analytics (Google Analytics), marketing tools (Mailchimp, ConvertKit), and scheduling (Calendly, Google Calendar). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. We may also share information in a business transfer (merger/acquisition), to meet legal requirements, or with your explicit consent.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us provide a better experience and understand how you use our site.

Essential cookies (required), necessary for the site to function (session, security tokens). Analytics cookies help us understand usage (e.g. _ga 2 years, _gid 24 hours, _gat 1 minute). Marketing cookies track visitors to display relevant ads (Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Google Ads, typically 90 days).

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, our cookie consent banner, or provider opt-out links. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality. We currently do not respond to β€œDo Not Track” signals, as there is no industry-standard interpretation.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected: contact form submissions (3 years), client project data (service + 5 years), payment records (7 years, tax/accounting), email marketing data (until unsubscribe + 30 days), website analytics (26 months), and support correspondence (3 years).

When data is no longer needed, electronic data is securely deleted or anonymized and physical documents securely destroyed. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Technical measures, SSL/TLS encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption of sensitive data at rest, secure password policies, regular updates and patching, firewalls, and security monitoring. Organizational measures, need-to-know access, confidentiality agreements, security training, incident-response procedures, and regular assessments.

In the event of a breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify affected individuals within 72 hours, report to authorities as required, and take immediate steps to contain and remediate.

Your Privacy Rights

Under the EU/UK GDPR (where applicable), you have the rights to be informed, to access, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object (e.g. to direct marketing), to withdraw consent, and not to be subject to solely automated decision-making.

Other jurisdictions, you may have equivalent rights under your local data-protection law (such as US state privacy laws or Australian privacy law).

To exercise any right, email christian.dinglasan@adbokit.com with the subject β€œPrivacy Rights Request.” We respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

International Data Transfers

Adbokit operates remotely and serves clients across the US, UK Β and Australia. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries where we or our service providers operate, which may differ from your own.

When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), data processing agreements, and verification that recipients provide adequate protection. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred internationally and processed under this policy.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it as soon as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us information, please contact us immediately.
